Vietnam will develop sea tourism into a key driver for the maritime sector in central coastal region, according to a master economic development plan for the region to 2020. The central is envisaged needing around VND411 trillion in 2006-2010, VND608 trillion in 2011-2015, and VND1,314 trillion in 2016-2020. Its GDP will reach around 12.5% in 2006-2010, and 12.9-13% in 2011-2020. |

Besides regulations of the State, Investors in Industrial Zones, Tourist Zones in Ninhbinh province shall have a tight to lease land at lowest price in the price frame of all sorts of land issued along with Decree No. 87/CP dated August, 17th 1994 of all the Government, in the region of investment; shall have a tight to exemp-tion of land lease for the first 10 years and to reduction of 50% of land lease for another 10 years. Exemption of lease of land for housing for workers, for planting trees, for public welfare, etc. |

The overall straegic objective of Ninh Binh province is to fulfill fundamental infrastructure construction, industrial development, agricultural production quality improvement and competitiveness enhancement for the economy, forming a foundation for a speedy development in the next phase so that do the year 2020, Ninh Binh will become a developed industrial province. |

Ninh Binh is a northern province , which is 90 km south of Hanoi, has a natural area of 1.400 sq km and a population 920.000 people, with 81.18% being Kinh people, 16,5% being Catholic people and the remaining 1,7% being ethnic minorities. Ninh Binh has one City, one town and six districts The province is located on the National Road No1 and the North-South Railway. It has forests in the mountainous areas, a fertile plain area and a long coastline. |
