Ninh Binh – Potential and development opportunity
Ninh Binh is located on Red river delta with geographical co-orrdinate from 19050' to 20027' at Northern latitude and from 105032' to 106033' at Eastern longitude. Tam Coc, a fairy-tale Vietnamese version of Disneyland with dramatic, jagged limestone rocks jutting out of watery rice fields. Tam Coc means “Three grottoes”. These grottoes were made due to the transformation of geology, seawater and rainwater that have worn cliffs in a long period of millions of years. The three grottoes are situated on Ngo Dong River and are permeated by the water of this river, so they are also called the “Three Trans Grottoes”. |

The swampland area lies in Gia Vân commune, Gia Viễn district, Ninh Binh province, at about 100km far from Hà Nội in the South. Nearly 3,500ha large, Vân Long swampland is home to thousands of fauna, flora and aquatic life, on rocks, in land or underwarter. |

Cố Đô stilt-house restaurant is located at the center of Hoa Lu ancient capital which is just about 1km from Trang An grottoes area, 3km from Bai Dinh pagoda. The long house on stilts was designed and built by the Tay ethnic craftsmen for 9 months. |
